So I haven't updated my blog yet because Flo was visiting the past few days and we had the BEST time ever!!!! basically her stay was filled with food, drinks, and amazingness :)....
Day 1, she arrived early early Thursday morning, so early that we went straight back to bed for a little bit, then it was off to hot and crusty for some yummy muffins which we ate of course outside of Tiffany's, I mean who wouldn't enjoy a little breakfast and tiffany's!? Afterwards we conquered a little 5th avenue--SAKS, Henry Bendel, trying on shoes, testing nail polishes and make-up...i bought some yellow chanel nail polish and flo bought a HOT pink chanel lipstick, loves it! Then we went to the MET to the Model is a Muse exhibit, which was fabulous! it was cool because it was an amazing fashion exhibit, but really more about the models....Of course shopping and museums tires you out a bit, so where else to go other than bbq!? haahha so we got some giant bbq drinks--me wildberry of course and flo tangerine, then we split the creamsicle, yum! after some subway adventures we went to Pommes Frites--a belgian fries place with like 50 mayo sauces--soooo dutch!!! we tried like a billion ahha then got an XL fries haha with some sundried tomato mayo and pesto mayo mmmmm.....that was so good, then we went back to dorm and hung our for a bit, visited cooper in his dorm, and before you know it its like 11 o clock! so we still hadnt had dinner yet, but when and had a late italian dinner at the cutest little place--yummy yummy pasta...what a great first day!
