shopping and cupcakes....then a very stressful late afternoon

So its monday right now because i have been SOOO busy since i last changed my blog! i have just done sooo much so i basically have forgotten half of it...but anyways saturday morning the sun totally woke me up very early--yay for nice weather finally!! but it woke me up at 7 when i went to bed at like 3, so four hours of sleep whoops but i couldn't really sleep anymore so i got a muffin from the farmer's market yum yum then me and my roommate sarah, rachel, and rachel's roommate allie (who went to newport harbor!) went down to west village to the marc jacobs accessory store....we ended up getting lost thanks to me of course even though i totally had been there before/knew where i was going, but i got a little distracted chatting away...anyways so we got some lunch and then went and got cupcakes at magnolia :) i got a vanilla one and a red velvet--i would have to admit the red velvet was not that good, but the vanilla was very yummy.....cooper and i were supposed to go running this morning but he didnt wake up until noon haha but i was texting with him and darina who were just hanging out at darina's apartment because they had to wait for goodwill to pick up all of her furniture...so anyways i decided to just go over and hang out at darina's place and here is where the stressful late afternoon began.....

so apparently the people that were coming to pick up thousands of dollars worth of furniture including super nice couches and desks and just a bunch of kitchen stuff etc. came to her apartment and like the doorman didn't inform darina and somehow (i dont really knw exact details) told them it was too busy...basically long story short: goodwill wasnt coming and now we were with an apartment filled with furniture, darina had to move out that day, and the freight elevator was closed.....sooooooo hahha we basically got all our hands together and went around to random doors asking if they wanted free stuff (i took her toaster and some dishes :) ) and had to basically throw it all away! luckily we got some movers to help with the couch, but it was such a shame because it was such nice stuff! luckily the maintenance guy who cleans all the trashrooms (now darina's floor and the ones above and below were FILLED were her stuff haha) said he would take most of the things and was sooo appreciative! i think he really needed some of the items for his family :) soo yayy good karma! then we were all SOOOOOO exhausted so we took a nap one what was left of darina's place....just a few matresses......
